The body of forward msgs won't appear

The issue that I am facing is that one of my users who is using Entourage
2004 can't not see the body of messages that forwarded to her.

It can be from a PC using outlook, from another MAC using Entourage or using
MAIL.

Maybe this is because the forwarder is putting the forwarded body after
the signature. Ironically, Entourage itself behaves this way, thereby
creating messages that can't be read. m.
