Background.
User is using XP Pro SP2 and MS Outlook XP.
I have a user on my domain that recently and mysteriously lost the ownership
of his roaming profile. After his ownership was restored we noticed that his
outlook was not reading his .pst (.pst is kept on a file server on domain) We
imported his pst and he got all of his old e-mails back. But his address book
was gone. We searched for it but could not located it. He decided to rebuild
his address book. The next day when he came into work he again did not have
ownership of his profile again. We reset it and he was able to log on. When
he went to outlook all of the 80 contacts he had put in the day before were
gone and all the e-mails in his Sent folder were also missing, yet all the
other folders were fine. Has anyone ever seen this happen? If so any idea on
how to stop this from happening again? Any help would be great. Thanks
