"The command line argument is not valid. Verify the switches you are using"error

"The command line argument is not valid. Verify the
switches you are using." What might be the possible cause
of this. I use email function within VB application. In
some it works ok but some experience this kind of error.

I can't understand why this error pops up on others.

Can you please help me?
