The Contacts properties for the Outlook address book

When I try to include the contacts of the public contacts folder in the
address book through the Contacts properties, the Outlook address book tab is
greyed out and unavailable. Please advise.

Hi Kyle
I have the same problem, I installed using a GPO and a transform file, I
looked through all the settings in the transform file for such a settings but
unavailable
When I select a public Contacts folder I can't add it as an address book the
check box is unavailable.
Hope someone knows about a fix.

Sounds like you might have deployed a new default mail profile with the
transform but did not include the Outlook Address Book. You'll need to tell
users how to add it or distribute a profile update with the Custom
Maintenance Wizard.
