What version of Entourage? Can you open Entourage? Do you have a backup?

Some of the data you want can only be recovered if you can open or rebuild
the Identity. AutoCorrect is probably the only one that's stored in
preferences but it could be one of those preferences that's stored in the
database instead of the ~/Library/Preferences.

The following has not been updated for 2008:

AutoCorrect entries (Stored in two locations) The formatted entries are in
the Normal template, the office-wide plain-text entries are in the MS Office
ACL file.

MS Office ACL file for the language you are using. E.g. MS Office ACL
[English].
Normal file (If you specify when creating an AutoCorrect that it should be
inserted as "Formatted" then goes in the Normal template (as an AutoText).)

Entourage 2004: Microsoft Office ACL [English] located in
~/Library/Preferences/Microsoft/

Entourage X: ³MS Office ACL [English]² located in
~/Library/Preferences/Microsoft/

BTW, trying to open Entourage in an older version is not possible. When a
database is upgraded for a version it is not backwards compatible.
