the date shown was the sent date, not the received date

There seems to be may threads on the differences between the sent time
stamps and the received time stamps and how they display. I understand
the sent times and received times differences. I have a different
problem to solve.

I have 3 Mac's with Entourage 2004 and until recently they were all
showing the same thing with the preview pane displayed on the right
side...the date shown was the sent date, not the received date. Last
Monday, one of my users did something to his laptop and now the date
that is shown is the received date. From everything that I have read
and working with Microsoft Tech Support, the received date is the
default date to display (when the preview pane is on the right side)
and it is not changeable thru any user preferences or other Entourage
setting. So, how come I have two other Mac Entourage clients showing
the sent date? I sure would like to get my laptop user back to showing
the sent date when the preview pane is located on the right side....any
ideas?....Are there scripts to set this up....Thanks Richard.
