The drawing toolbox in Office 2000 had fewer steps.

When we receive updates, I thought it was suppose to make things easier to do
and to save time. I don't find this is the case with the drawing toolbox in
Office 2003. There are extra steps instead of lesser steps. Not very time
efficient and it is aggravating to use to me. I would like to see the option
to use Office 2000 Drawing Toolbox or Office 2003 Drawing Toolbox. This
would enable to customize Office to meet their needs. It would still be your
product but the customer might be happier with your product.

Thanks

Hi =?Utf-8?B?TWlzcyBDaGVyeWw=?=,

There were some changes, going into Word 2002 (same as 2003), but I don't recall
the Drawing Toolbar being any different. Are you, perhaps, referring to the
Drawing Canvas, that Word will insert by default when you activate a tool?

You can turn this off in Tools/Options/General (near the bottom of the list)
