"the ellement could not be created" by clicking on email-adress in IE

Hello.

When I click on a e-mail-adress in my Internet-Explorer 6 on any website to
write a email I got the Message from Outlook 2003 (SP1) "the ellement could
not be created". I´m not able to write a mail direktly by clicking on the
mailadress at the website :-( Any help for me?

We use complete german version of the software. Thank you.
