The file file_name.pst is not compatible with this version of the Personal Folde

Is there a "fix" for this?

I am trying to find an easy way to transfer my Outlook
2003 to my laptop's Outlook 2002.

I keep getting "The file file_name.pst is not compatible
with this version of the Personal Folders information
service. Contact your Administrator." message.

I found the work-around at
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-
US;839109

However, this seems very tedious to do this each time.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you,

Joe

You need to use an Outlook 97-2002-compatible PST file.

Just do it once and make the old-format PST your default PST. Ditch the
new-format PST (the one you're using now).
