Outlook 2000
This message occurs when I try to send an email. I found information in the
knowledge base Article 275186 in regards to SR-1. All my service pack updates
are updated. It mentioned a hotfix for SR-1 is that the solution to my
problem?

possibly. check that you meet the requirements mentioned in the article
before you try it.
