Hi ,
We have access 2003 on Citrix Server. The MSACCESS.EXE file located
in d: drive.

The msaccess.mdb file located for individual user in their profile in
"my document" folder.

We give a shortcut of MSACCESS.exe file to each user profile so user
can launch access.

The problem is:
If only one user launch msaccess and open the msaccess.mdb file it
works fine.
but if one user has already launch access open his access.mdb and if
other user try to use access the other user got the error
"The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot open the file. It is already
opend exclusively by another user, or you need permission to view its
data.
Please somebody help
