The Microsoft Office 2000 Web features

I am using Microsoft Windows Powerpoint 2000, and when I click the "Web Info"
button, or if I click an "Additional Resources" link in Help, I get directed
to a page where the article I am trying to go to is unavailable. I found some
Office 2000 articles in the "Assistance" section of the Office Online page.
What I want to happen is that Microsoft release an add-in that links to the
proper places on the web.
