After a lot of head-scratching, Manish Singh asked:

Additionally, since it requires the download and installation of ActiveX,
perhaps you should ask the Mozilla folks to support ActiveX.

I don't think that's going to happen

Of course Microsoft's website will work best with Microsoft's browser
I don't think they are going to do anything to support the competition

And yes, i use Firefox, too. If i have something MS-related to do,
use MSIE
