The Operation Failed Outlook 2003

I have my own mailbox and added one for support duties,
when I select view -> by sender in the secondary mailbox I
get the following error : The Operation Failed

In my own mailbox it works fine.

What have I tried :

Gave myself owner rights on the secondary mailbox
Made a custom view but same results.
Search on Technet but couldn't find anything

It "hangs" when I try to copy it to the hard drive.

Any ideas?
