Having the out of office assistant content (message) appear upon the
selection of the contact, instead of in form of a e-mail reponse, could do
both, decrease the e-mail clutter and oudated e-mails for the potential
recepient, Typically a user has to go thorugh tons of e-mails upon return to
the office that still need to be checked though the mnatter may have been
already re routed an alternate recieoent. In addition, this option would
provide the original sender an option to address the e-mail to an alternate
personm instead of waiting for an out of office respnse, which in sone
instances, is not instantenous.
Thanks,
Vladimir
