The Outlook company field should have a drop down menu

When entering the company name for a new contact who works for a company for
which other contact entries already exist, it is all too easy to enter a
company name that differs slightly from that of the existing company name
entries. The result is that different people working for the same company are
shown as having slightly different company names in Contacts - which then
later need to be corrected.

This problem would be overcome if a drop-down menu were to be available
which displays for selection the names of existing companies for which there
are entries. This could be further enhanced by the offering of suggested
names on typing the initial letters of the company name.

That's why the function - Add New Contact From Same Company exists. It
works!
