The preview button Powerpoint 2003 dialogs does not work

I find that the "Preview" button in various fomat-related dialogs (e.g.
changing colors, sizes, etc.) simply doesn't work. The new setting does not
display until I hit OK.

Any ideas?

You're correct, and I've always assumed it's a bug. At any rate, I don't
know of any way to fix it.

A small update: moving the dialog box around forces the screen to refresh and
the preview happens. Clearly a bug.
