The system cannot find the file specified?

Hello, all of a sudden I can not view attatchments particurlarly jpg and
tif.

I breed American Bulldogs and many people send
me pictures of their puppies etc... Even the ones
I could view at one time if I go back to the message
from months ago same problem.

Below is the response I keep getting.

The system cannot find the file specified.
