i can't recive mail.

What version of Outlook? Is your Internet access working otherwise
(Web, etc.?)? Sometimes that means the mail server is down, for
maintenance perhaps.

What version of Outlook? Do you have any anti-spam or anti-virus software
that scans your email? If so, turn off the email scanning - this is often
the cause of this problem.
