the time is wrong on recieved mail

My new MS Professional for my MacX worked aokay for the first day or so,
but now all e-mail received have the wrong time sent and recieved. How do I
correct this. Anyone know?

BTW - I tried using the support site and Entourage isn't a choice for
selecting, so couldn't get to my free support!

Make sure both your time and time zone are set correctly in system prefs.
