---Then up comes the Windows installer!!!!!!

I have made an error somewhere, but I don't know where! Whenever I click on
Word, or open any Word document, the Windows Installer comes up. Then, over
the top of the Installer box, there appears another box stating that the
application cannot proceed because A Dialogue Box Is Open. There may well be,
but there is no sign of it and I cant find it! After I click the OK button,
the two boxes disappear and about 20 seconds or so later the required
document opens up. When it does, there is no Font available!! Just a line of
gibberish instead of legible print.
If anyone has any ideas how to fix these problems - I'll write you a letter!!

Hi Dave, Thanks for your help. I tried, but failed!! The page froze when I
tried to repair under 'change' but worked under the microsoft assistance
click. But the result is no different. Thanks anyway
