Intermittently when I use Outlook 2002, it freezes and I
have to use "ctrl alt del" to get out and start again but
first it tells me I have to get out of Outlook then out
of "ThorConnWndClass". Any ideas please?

Hmmm - With Outlook closed, try searching for and renaming a file named
outcmd.dat.

When finished, restart Outlook - any better?
