I'm using Entourage 2008 v12.1.7 on Mac OS X 10.5.6

In Mail.app the messages with the same subject are highlighted for
quick reference. Is this feature available on Entourage ?

No, but you can choose "Arrange by Subject" and "Show in Groups" from
the View menu to group related subjects.
