tiff extensions

i created a newsletter in publisher 2003, converted to a tiff extension.
frontpage 2003 will not allow me to link it to an existing webpage in my
site. how do i get frontpage to read the .tff file?

Start over. You don't ever want to use a giant image as a web page anyway,
but even in the odd situation that you might, it definitely shouldn't be a
TIF.

It would be better to save the Publisher file "as HTML". You could then open
the HTML file you created with FrontPage, and do whatever you need to do
with it.

Publisher creates very bad HTML code, but it should work, and it's much
better than using a TIF.
