Time formula help

I have a cell that equals the remaining number of hours of vacation pay. I
would like to have a cell next to that that would indicate how many work
days are left figuring the work day is 8 hours.

Example:
Cell A1:
59

Cell B1:
7 days and 3 hours

Example 2:
Cell A1:
148.5

Cell B1:
18 days and 4.5 hours
