Time of Appts. entered in outlook do not synch with time on PDA

When I enter new appoints through outlook on my PC, the
appoints synch with the PDA but they are off 1 hour. For
example new appt. entered through outlook on pc is for a
1:00 pm meeting. When transferred to PDA, the appt. reads
at 2:00 pm and Vice Versa when appts entered directly
with PDA then synch'd with outlook, off by 1 h our as
well. How do you fix?
