Time of incoming emails incorrect

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)
Processor: Power PC

Since we changed the clocks this past Sunday, my incoming emails have an arrival time that is one hour ahead. It's a Hotmail account. My Mac's clock is correct. I'm not sure how to fix this. Thanks for your help.

Quit and relaunch Office. Does it fix the issue??
Alternatively, it could be that the server needs to get its clock
updated, in which case there isn't much you can do about it,
