time of messages in entourage inbox

When I open my entourage after it has been closed, and i receive emails that have gathered since i last logged in, all the emails that come in then have the time of when i opened entourage, as opposed to the time of when they were actually sent. if i receive emails while entourage is open, the time is accurate. but i cannot seem to find anywhere on or in the email where it says the actual time that the email was sent. can someone please help!!

Try using the Sent column rather than the Received column. You can enable it
in at View > Columns, or by control-clicking the column headings.
