Time on outlook received messages is one hour behind clock on lap.

The time on all my emails is one hour behind. The clock on my laptop (bottom
right hand corner is correct. How do I fix this?

You have a mismatch in the daylight savings time settings between Windows
and Outlook's Calendar.
