I can't find the answer in the help file:

In the time sent column, is the time shown the time based on my clock or the
sender's clock? For instance, I am on CST. If someone sent me a message
from CA at 7pm PST, would the time shown be 7pm or 9pm?

In this example, if the time sent is shown as 9pm CST, is it possible to
make Entourage show time from where the message originated? In this case
7pm PST?

I'm assuming that the time received is always based on my clock and when the
emails are downloaded to Entourage.

It should be shown in terms of your time, meaning in this case it would show
up as having been sent at 9:00PM.
In this example, if the time sent is shown as 9pm CST, is it possible to
make Entourage show time from where the message originated? In this case
7pm PST?

I believe not, sorry. You could go into the message headers though (View >
Source) and see the exact time sent & time zone.
