Time stamp on saved attachments - Outlook 2000

This one seems really odd. For some reason when I save an
attachment from Outlook, the time stamp is FIVE hours
earlier than when it was saved. It has nothing to do with
when it was created or when the email was sent or
received. System time is correct. Email time received is
correct.
Attachments are being saved before they were ever created.
Any Clues

I am experiencing the same problem. I am using a MAC computer and cannot find out how to fix this problem. If you find out how to fix this, please e-mail me the solution.
