Time zone absent

When I create an event in the calender, the time shown is always one
hour later. The problem seems to be related to time zones. I have
the choice between Pacific, Mountain et Central times, but not Eastern
time, which is mine. How to add Easterne time? Should I reinstall
Office X?

Insert the Office X CD into your computer, and drag the file "Timezones," in
Microsoft Office X CD/Microsoft Office X/Office/
to
HD/Applications/Microsoft Office X/Office/

Choose to replace the existing when you are prompted, re-launch Entourage,
and all of the time zones should become available.

Then, make sure the time zone is set correctly in both applications. Quit
Entourage, and go to System Preferences. Open Date & Time Preferences, and
click the "Time Zone" tab. Make sure you have a city in your time zone
selected. Then, go back and make sure the date and time are
set correctly. If they're not, correct them and click the "Save" button.

Now, launch Entourage, and go to Entourage > Preferences (Entourage >
General Preferences in Entourage X). Under General Preferences, choose
Calendar. Set the default time zone for new events to the local time zone,
and click OK. New events should now display properly. You might need to
open previously created events, and go to Event > Time Zone > <Your Time
Zone> to change them so that the times display properly.
