Timescale distortions

I created a schedule that includes tasks from now until March 2008. I
reduced the timescale to 3-day increments to fit the page. On the screen,
the timescale numbers look fine but are nonsensical when printed out. E.g.
middle bar:January 2008 bottom bar: 1, 4, 7, 10, 13... as seen on the monitor
middle bar:January 2008 bottom bar: 1, 7, 101, 161, 222, 283 What is going
on here? To resolve the issue for presentation purposes, I am displaying one
timescale, the middle one for now. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like you might have picked the wrong format for the bottom timescale
and it is counting days from the start of the project. Double click to edit
it and make sure you have the right selection.

Thanks for your reply. I wish this was the case, that I had the wrong
format, unfortunately I think I do. The dates work fine for the beginning of
the timescale and then changes as you look to the end of the timescale. In
addition, the timescale is correct until you print it out. That is to say,
what you read on the screen is changed when you print it out.
