timescale in quarters

In MS Project 2003, can I set timescale to quarters or academic semesters?
If yes, how?

Quarters: Yes
Academic semesters:No, I'm afraid
Format, Timescale, for any scale Quarters is an option

I modified my timescale to years and then quarters, but every quarter is
being labeled 'Qrt 1'. How can I change this so that the four quarters in
the year can be identified as Qrt 1, Qrt 2, Qrt 3 and Qrt 4?

In Format/Timescale... ensure Count is set to 1.
