.... this can be awkward using Word to create mailing labels from
Entourage's 11.2.1 Address Book unless you are creating a label for a
single individual. Consider a married couple with 3 children.
Everyone lives at the same address. The only way I've found that works
is to create 6 address cards: 1 for the couple, 1 for each spouse and
1 for each of the 3 children. You define a "couple" category and
associate that to the couple address card and turn Word loose against
the "couple" category to create the label, leaving the other 5 address
cards alone. Seems awkward. I want to use Entourage's Address Book
because of its greater flexibility over Tiger's address book, however
because I use Tiger's mail client instead of Entourage, I build Tiger's
address book from Entourage because I consider Entourage the master
address source. Would appreciate suggestions, including why the
%^^&&##@!!$ am I doing things this way. Thanks!
