I don't use Outlook for email as I am with AOL and they do not support Outlook. However I do use Outlook for contacts and notes and the calendar. Whenever I want to print of a contact detail or whatever to pass to someone else, I get the title UNKNOWN on top of the page and the horizontal line. The latter I'd expect but how do I change the work 'UNKNOWN' to my name? Please bear in mind that I am not the most literate of IT users, simple easy to understand steps by way of a response. Cheers.
