To choose the best field in EXCEL

Dear all

I have the following set of data in which I want to find the best fields
(ie: best grades). Is there a function in which I can choose the best 3
subjects?

Subject 4
John A2 B4 A1

tONY 34 55 68

First you should specify the order of grades from best to worst, (maybe you
mean this order, but we cannot be sure: A1,A2,...,B1,B2,..., but where is the
place for 34,55,... in the sequence?)
