Using Outlook 2003 with Exchange 5.5 SP4. Sometimes when
we send messages, the TO field clears itself when the
message moves to Sent Items. The person receives the
message okay, but they don't see who the message was sent
to either. It doesn't happen on all messages. Also
sometimes if you send to 4 different people, only one
will show up or something equally bizarre.
BCC is not the cause of this. I have found other reports
with google of this problem, but no solution yet. I
attempted to patch with Office 2k3 SP1 yesterday, but it
was flaking out on me and I'm not sure if that fixes it
anyway.
