TO: Field shows duplicate names

when i send a message the auto fill completes the name
when i hit send in the email it dublicates the name, so in
a way outlook is checking the name twice in the global
address book.
this only occurs for one user in a corparation.
anyone know a fix besides redoing the profile or removing
the nickname file?

Rather hard to say since you've provided no real information on how the
address is being entered or even what version of Outlook you are using. You
need to specify whether you are referring to autocompletion or
autoresolution.
