To get Central Standard Time digital clock

Hello, does anyone know how to create a digital clock and
using Central standard time. I have an applet allow me to
do that, but it just reads off from my computer. I want
it to be in the central standard time zone. Therefore, no
matter where the visitor is located, they will see the
CST displayed on my site.

Hello, still can't find the one I want.. any sugguestion?
I want the clock in central time zone, and it won't read
off from the computer.
Please advise
