To VLOOKUP or not to VLOOKUP......

All,
Sheet1 has dates in column D. When any of the dates falls before TODAY(),
the entire row is highlighted using CF.
I would displayed like on Sheet 2 all data from rows on Sheet 1 where the
date in D is before TODAY(), like a summary sheet type thing.
Any ideas?
