TOC Errors

I've had a Word document that has survived since Word95. Recently I have
upgraded from Office 2000 to Office 2003. I added a couple of entrys to the
document and when I tried to update the TOC I get this message...

"Error! No table of contents entries found."

Can someone tell me what the problem is???

I'm not sure what that problem is with your TOC. You may want to cut and
paste all info into notepad(that way no inheritable permissions follow) and
then open a new document in Word 2003 and paste into there. You might have
to rebuild your TOC.

It appears that I am hitting a limit to the number of entrys. When I get to
365 entrys it works fine when I get to 366 I get that error???????

ne thoughts??
