TOC Hyperlinks - Upgrade to Word 2003

Similar to Christine's question about lost TOC hyperlinks - I currently updated to Word 2003. I have an existing document which was created in a lower version of Word and cannot jump/hyperlink to the pages from the TOC. Does anyone know if there is a work around here or is this a bug? I believe I had this problem when I updated from one version to another version once before but cannot recall the fix. Help!

In Word 2002 and 2003, the default is to require you to press Ctrl when
clicking on a hyperlink in order to follow it. If you have ScreenTips
enabled, you should be seeing a ScreenTip that says "Ctrl + click to follow
link." You can change this behavior on the Edit tab of Tools | Options, but
you may want to leave it enabled if you frequently have to edit hyperlinks.

Thanks for the help and saving me time and energy trying to figure this out on my own. Editing the tools option was the answer I was looking for (although Ctrl + hyperlink works equally as well).
