Too many queries?

I am trying to create a form for tournament picks that contains combo boxes for all games using the two teams that make up a game as criteria for the query. I may be going about this in the wrong way and wondered if anyone would be willing to take a look at the database I have (it's very small) to see why the controls aren't requerying as expected. Is it possible to have too many queries on a form?

Before passing off your db, consider posting just a little more information
for the 'group readers to go on. For example, how many combo boxes (I
assume this is the source of your "too many queries...?" question) does this
form have?

What is the underlying table structure that requires "combo boxes for all
games ..."?
