Toolbar - Default Unit of Measure

The toolbar only shows the units of measure as pixel, regardless of what
option is selected in the Tools/Options/General "Unit of Measure" field. I
would like to the toolbar to display in "inches". Microsoft's help screens
and knowledge base only says how the program is suppose to work, but it does
not show any work arounds or fixes for the problem.

helps you fix your problem.
