Toolbar/keyboard customizations reset every night!

Help! On my PC at work, running XP and Office 2003, I've tried to customize
some of the toolbars (mostly in Word and Excel) and keyboard shortcuts (for
example, Ctrl-Q = Paste Special). The changes only "stick" until I restart
the machine. Our tech guy swears that ALL Windows machines do this, but it's
never happend to me on any other one. I can't seem to find a setting that
would make that happen. Any clue how to keep the changes set?

Thanks...

Does your company use GPOs to set computer policies?

GPO = Group Policy Objects. It will reset any customizations you make
during a session to the company default on shutdown and restart.
