Toolbar Tool: Viewing two or more pages

Hello All and Happy Holidays...

I would like to add a button on my toolbard that allows
me to automatically show two or more pages in "print
layout" mode. This would be similar to the button that
exists if I click on view, zoom, and then click on Many
Pages.

Is there a way I can just add a button on my toolbar that
would allow me to do this?

Thanks for any help you can lend, and have a great
holiday.

Hi, Geoff,

There is a button for that function, but normally it exists only in the
Print Preview toolbar. It doesn't show up in the Tools > Customize dialog at
all. But... there is a way!

Go to File > Print Preview. Then select Tools > Customize. On the Toolbars
tab, click the New button. Hold down the Ctrl key while you drag the
Multiple Pages button (the green square with four white "pages" inside) from
the Print Preview toolbar to the new "Custom 1" toolbar -- the Ctrl key
means "copy the button".

Now close the Customize dialog and close the Print Preview. Back in the
regular view, reopen the Tools > Customize dialog. Drag the button from the
"Custom 1" toolbar to the Standard toolbar next to the regular zoom dropdown
(or anywhere else you want). In the Customize dialog, select Custom 1 and
click the Delete button.

When you exit Word, if asked to save Normal.dot, click Yes.
