You can't. XL08 doesn't support VBA, thus doesn't support the Analysis
Toolpak (ATP) Add-in.
All of the ATP *functions* are already built into XL08.
The wizards aren't included, but they just automated the built-in
functions anyway. You can find workbooks that do the same or better
(though less conveniently) here:
