Need you advise on how to Sum-up the following amount
only total the negative sign amount (from range A2 to A13)
and the results is -34170

Use the SumIf worksheet function.

If your values are in cells A1:A15 then

=SUMIF(A4:A15,"<0")

will return your total of -34710
