Total time duration formula help;

I am trying to make a formula to figure out the difference
or duration between 2 time/date cells. For example; you
leave from point A at 5am and arrive at point B at 7:30pm,
I would like it to give me the total amount of time it
took. (7:30pm - 5am)?
Any suggesions are greatly appreciated on how to do this.

hh:mm

Hi Paul,
A1: 7:30 PM
B1: 5:00 AM
C1: =B1-A1+(A1>B1)

A1>B1 is a logical test TRUE (1), False (0)
so if true it adds 1 which is 1 day or 24 hours.
